The implementation of the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD II) this year has created a number of question marks for the telecoms industry, with differing opinions from various sides of the industry. With that in mind, ITSPA has sought its own legal advice to help provide guidance to ITSPA members. ITSPA today launched a legal note from FieldFisher, available exclusively for ITSPA members. The note is now available in the members’ area of the ITSPA website, under Regulatory Documents.
