ITSPA Code of Practice – version 4.2

This is the fifth version of the ITSPA Code of Practice, which features some very minor wording corrections to the fourth version.

The Code will continue to evolve as the VoIP market develops. The fifth version was adopted at the ITSPA AGM on 29th June 2017.

Should a customer wish to complain that an ITSPA member is not compliant with the mandatory ITSPA Code of Practice, then they should contact the ITSPA Secretariat. The complaints procedure can be found below.
