Osborne Clarke held a workshop at their offices for ITSPA members on ADR and Complaints Handling on Thursday 8th November, 3pm-4pm. The workshop followed the launch in late September of Complaints Handling Guidance – produced by Osborne Clarke exclusively for ITSPA members – which provides members with information on how to comply with the new requirements in this area following the introduction of Ofcom’s new General Conditions in October. The workshop was an opportunity for our members to learn about new obligations under the GC's and ask questions. Osborne Clarke also provided a presentation running through the new Complaints Handling Guidance.

Members were further invited to stay for Osborne Clarke’s Annual Telecoms Review from 4pm, followed by drinks and canapés.
