ITSPA held a workshop with Ombudsman Services - the independent dispute resolution scheme provider which ITSPA members can join without any extra charge as a benefit of ITSPA membership. The workshop, which was being held jointly with ISPA on 28th September, provided an introduction to Ombudsman Services, their procedures, processes and how they work, how to deal with customer complaints effectively; and also provided an opportunity for members to raise any queries or questions with Ombudsman Services.
