ITSPA Code of Practice – version 4.1

This is the fourth version of the ITSPA Code of Practice, which includes a new addition to Code around porting.
The Code will continue to evolve as the VoIP market develops.The fourth version was adopted at the  ITSPA AGM on 3rd July 2014.

Should a customer wish to complain that an ITSPA member is not compliant with the mandatory ITSPA Code of Practice, then they should contact the ITSPA Secretariat. The complaints procedure can be found below.

ITSPA welcomed the launch of GCHQ’s National Cyber Security Centre, opened today by Her Majesty The Queen, and called on the organisation to help combat telephony fraud and protect both businesses and consumers.
