Membership

Membership is open to suppliers – both large and small – of VoIP services. Hardware and software suppliers, and legal firms etc are welcome to join as Associate Members (full participation in technical forums and in all discussions but cannot vote on policy). The fee categories are as follows (same for Members and Associate Members):

Membership Fees (Annual)

Based on total company turnover (excluding VAT):

Small 1: £0-£500K	£500
Small 2: £500K-£1M	£750
Medium 1: £1M-£2M	£1,500
Medium 2: £2M-£5M	£2,000
Large 1: £5-£10M	£2,500
Large 2: £10M-£20M	£3,500
Corporate: £20M+	£6,000

Benefits of Membership

ITSPA aims to become the voice of advanced communications. Membership of ITSPA not only enables you to be part of an influential body, but the ITSPA logo will be synonymous with Quality of Service and serve as a reference point for VoIP customers, governments and regulators alike. Moreover, by signing up to ITSPA, you will help play a role in shaping the industry, drawing up and maintaining the VoIP Code of Practice. Furthermore, under section 54 of the Communications Act, communications service providers must provide access to an external dispute resolution scheme for their customers or face a fine of up to £50,000 – membership of ITSPA will help you fulfil this requirement at a greatly subsidised cost.
