ITSPA Code of Practice - version 2.0

 

 

This is the second  version of the ITSPA Code of Practice, which focuses on addressing the requirements for services that are offered to residential customers. The Code will continue to evolve as the VoIP market develops. The second version was adopted at the 3rd ITSPA AGM on 9th July 2008 at the BT Auditorium.
